CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We accept order cancellation and refund subject to our terms and condiotions below:

• You must return any item within seven (7) days of receiving it in the original condition for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item.
• All items should be unworn and unused.
• We will process your refund or exchange within five (5) working days of receiving the item(s) back to our end.
• We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
• All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability. However, if you need to return the purchased items to us due to our own fault e.g. wrong specifications as what you order, faulty items, etc., we will pay back the return and re-shipping charges that you have made.
